These Terms of Purchase govern all orders placed through the ColourPop Cosmetics website. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with these terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and other applicable website policies. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Placement & Acceptance

  • When you submit an order on our website, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order (e.g., if products are out of stock, pricing information is incorrect, or we cannot verify your payment details).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email (sent to the email address you provide) once your order is accepted. This email includes your order number, product details, and shipping information—please keep it for reference.
  • To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/guardian if you are under 18.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All product prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollars) and do not include applicable taxes (where required by law). Taxes will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout, based on your shipping address.
  • Payment must be completed at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods as listed at checkout.
  • We use trusted third-party payment processors to handle transactions. These processors encrypt your payment data to ensure security—we do not store full payment card information on our servers.
  • If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. You may need to update your payment details or contact your financial institution before re-submitting the order.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Fulfillment Time: We aim to process and ship orders within 1–3 days of placement. Processing may take longer during peak periods (e.g., sales, holidays), but we will notify you of any significant delays.
  • Delivery Time: All orders (domestic and international) are delivered within 6–12 days of shipping. This is an estimate—actual delivery may vary based on carrier delays or customs processing (for international orders).
  • Expedited Shipping: Optional expedited shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery. Additional fees apply, and delivery timelines for expedited orders will be listed during selection.
  • Shipping Address: You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to your error, or for orders lost or delayed due to incomplete address information. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately—we can only make changes if the order has not yet shipped.
  • Free Shipping: All orders qualify for free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase requirement.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Return Eligibility: You may return unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Products that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at service@colourpop.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return label and step-by-step instructions for sending the products back.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned items (to confirm they meet eligibility requirements), we will process your refund within 5–10 days. Refunds are credited to your original payment method—please note that your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Shipping fees for expedited orders are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product, wrong item sent).

5. Product Information & Availability

  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing on our website. However, we do not warrant that product details (e.g., color, texture, ingredients) are 100% exact, as slight variations may occur due to manufacturing or screen display differences.
  • Product availability is subject to change without notice. If a product you ordered becomes out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund for that item (or offer a substitute if you prefer).
  • Our products are intended for personal cosmetic use only. We are not liable for adverse reactions to products—always patch-test new products before full use, and review ingredient lists if you have known allergies.

6. Cancellations & Modifications

  • You may cancel or modify your order (e.g., add/remove products, update shipping address) only if you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, orders are typically in processing and cannot be changed or canceled.
  • If we are able to cancel or modify your order, we will send you a confirmation email. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow our return process to return the items for a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are liable for delivering products as described and processing eligible returns/refunds in accordance with these terms. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of use, inconvenience) arising from your purchase or use of our products, or from delays in shipping or delivery.
  • We are not responsible for damages caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including carrier errors, natural disasters, or technical issues that prevent order processing.

We may update these Terms of Purchase periodically to reflect changes in our practices, shipping policies, or legal requirements. When we make updates, we will revise the content on this page. Your continued use of our website to place orders after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page occasionally for updates.
