We process orders as quickly as possible to get them on their way:

  • During peak periods (e.g., sales events, holiday seasons), fulfillment may take a little longer—but we’ll always update you via email if there’s a delay of more than 3 days.

No matter where you are, we keep delivery timelines consistent and clear:
  • Standard Shipping: All orders (domestic and international) are delivered within 6–12 days after shipping. This is an estimate based on carrier performance—minor delays may occur due to customs processing (for international orders) or local carrier disruptions, but we’ll share tracking updates to keep you informed.
  • Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, you can select expedited shipping at checkout. Specific delivery timelines (e.g., 3–5 days) and additional fees will be displayed when you choose this option—fees vary based on your location and order size.

3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping: Every order qualifies for free standard shipping—no minimum purchase required. This applies to all locations, with no hidden fees added at checkout.
  • Expedited Shipping Fees: Fees for expedited shipping are calculated at checkout, based on your shipping address and the weight of your order. You’ll see the exact cost before finalizing your purchase.

4. Shipping Address Rules

To ensure your order arrives correctly, please note these guidelines:
  • You’re responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address (including apartment numbers, zip codes, and country). We can’t redirect orders once they’re shipped, and we’re not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details.
  • If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us at service@colourpop.com within 24 hours. After 24 hours, orders are typically in processing and address changes may not be possible.

5. Order Tracking

You can easily track your order every step of the way:
  • Once your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email to the address you provided. This email includes a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website, where you can check real-time delivery status.
  • If you don’t see the shipping confirmation email within 3 days of ordering, check your spam folder first—then contact us at service@colourpop.com with your order number, and we’ll resend the tracking details.

6. Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order is missing or delayed beyond the estimated delivery window:
  • First, use your tracking number to check for updates—carriers sometimes mark orders as “delayed” due to weather, high volume, or local issues, and these are usually resolved within a few days.
  • If tracking shows no movement for 5+ days (or your order hasn’t arrived after 12 days), contact us at service@colourpop.com with your order number and tracking number. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your order, and if it’s confirmed lost, we’ll either reship your items or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.
